We offer 30-Day Returns from the delivery date for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, the item must generally be unused, unassembled, in its original packaging, and returned with all parts, hardware, manuals, accessories, and included components. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for personal reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item. Homvista will assist with resolution for damaged items, wrong items, or verified product defects.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the authorized return is received and inspected.
